Drink Runner/Busser

Overview

In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of a busy breakfast establishment, ensuring that guests receive their beverages quickly and dine in a clean, organized environment. You will act as a primary support system for the service team, bridging the gap between the kitchen and the dining room to maintain a high standard of hospitality during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverages to guests accurately and promptly to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
• Clear and reset dining tables quickly to minimize guest wait times and maintain restaurant flow.
• Monitor and refill water, coffee, and other drinks for guests throughout their meal.
• Organize and restock beverage stations with necessary supplies like cups, condiments, and ice.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and service areas according to sanitation standards.
• Assist the dishwashing team with cleaning and organizing kitchenware during slower periods and at shift close.
