In this hybrid role based in Philadelphia, you will serve as a vital administrative and logistical engine for the Preservation Services Office and the Documentary Heritage and Preservation Services for New York program. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks including database management, coordinating educational webinars, and supporting the production of workshops and national conferences aimed at preserving cultural heritage.
Responsibilities
- Manage departmental databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity.
- Coordinate the logistics for educational programs, including webinars, workshops, and national conferences.
- Produce and host live online events using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and WebEx.
- Update web content and social media platforms to promote upcoming preservation services and events.
- Prepare and distribute bi-weekly email newsletters and promotional marketing materials to the mailing list.
