In this role, you will serve as the primary architect for digital growth, designing and executing strategies to attract future guests to premium resort properties. You will take ownership of an annual advertising budget between $1 million and $2 million, managing multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and digital partnerships while mentoring a dedicated lead generation team. Your work will directly fuel the company's mission by turning digital engagement into tangible, memorable vacation experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual lead-generation strategy including campaign calendars, channel mixes, and testing roadmaps.
- Manage a multi-million dollar advertising budget involving forecasting, pacing, and investment allocation across various digital platforms.
- Lead and mentor the Lead Generation Coordinator through regular coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, email newsletter partnerships, and in-stadium experiential activations.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Martech teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting through GA4 and Salesforce.
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to produce high-performing advertising assets, messaging, and calls to action.
- Oversee website maintenance and landing page optimization using WordPress, Gravity Forms, and CMS tools to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- You must have at least 4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
- You need demonstrated experience managing paid media budgets exceeding $1 million.
- You must possess advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and audience development.
- You should have technical experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- You need strong leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and developing staff.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data visualization and budget tracking.
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality-specific platforms like Inntopia or experience in vacation ownership marketing is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma is beneficial for troubleshooting assets.
- Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence platforms for building automated performance dashboards is desired.
