Testing Accommodations Advocate

Overview

In this role, you will serve as a critical point of contact for candidates requiring ADA accommodations, ensuring their testing experience is seamless and compliant. You will manage the entire lifecycle of the candidate experience, from initial registration and scheduling to the coordination of specialized assistive personnel and equipment. Your work directly impacts the accessibility of professional licensing and certification exams for millions of test takers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule exams for candidates requiring specific ADA accommodations and assistive technologies.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by following up on registration, testing completion, and post-test concerns.
• Research and resolve complex escalations, complaints, and appeals referred by the executive leadership team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and report recurring issues to improve business processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions within data capture systems and Salesforce.
