Licensed Vocational Nurse/Registered Nurse- DAY SHIFT

Overview

In this role, you will be joining a luxury rehabilitation facility in San Antonio that bridges the gap between high-end hospitality and intensive clinical care. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services to residents and guests within a 5-star resort environment, ensuring that patient outcomes are optimized through both clinical excellence and a focus on guest experience. As a member of the day shift team, you will work from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm to support rapid rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents and guests within a luxury rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor and assess patient health status to facilitate rapid and effective recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state nursing standards and facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to track patient progress and ensure regulatory compliance.
