Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

In this role, you will lead the maintenance operations for The Palmer, a residential property located in San Juan Capistrano. You will be responsible for ensuring the property meets all safety, appearance, and operational standards while managing a team of service personnel and overseeing various vendors. Your work will directly impact the living experience of residents by maintaining high-quality housing and prompt service response times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule service team personnel and vendors to ensure all maintenance and grounds work is completed accurately.
• Control property expenditures by sourcing products and subcontractor services at the most competitive costs.
• Oversee the entire move-in and move-out process, including coordinating unit preparation vendors and conducting inspections.
• Manage the purchase order system and maintain strict budget controls for the maintenance department.
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings, stairs, amenities, and common areas to ensure property standards are met.
