In this hybrid role based in Portland, you will act as a dedicated advisor for clients navigating the complexities of buying and selling residential and commercial properties. You will be part of a collaborative team that emphasizes relationship-building and community involvement, ensuring that every client receives a personalized and supportive experience. Your primary focus will be guiding individuals through the entire real estate journey, from initial needs assessment to the final closing of a deal.
Responsibilities
- Assess the financial capacity and specific property preferences of clients to recommend tailored real estate solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive comparative market analyses to determine accurate property values and establish competitive pricing strategies.
- Manage the preparation and execution of all legal documentation, including sales contracts, lease agreements, and closing statements.
- Maintain up-to-date property listings across various platforms to ensure accurate market representation for sellers.
- Promote and market residential and commercial properties through professional presentations and tours for prospective investors.
- Guide clients through the negotiation process to secure favorable terms and ensure successful transaction completions.
- Collaborate with internal support teams and mentors to enhance service delivery and stay current on market trends.
Qualifications
- You must hold a valid real estate license or be currently enrolled in an accredited real estate school.
- You are required to have a valid driver license and access to reliable transportation for property visits.
- You must demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales or a background in a high-performance, sales-driven environment.
- You need strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using common CRM tools to manage client data.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Experience in residential or commercial property valuation and comparative market analysis is highly preferred.
