Painter/Patcher- PRN

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic excellence of a high-end medical rehabilitation facility in San Antonio. You will work closely with the Vice President of Facility Services to handle various painting and patching tasks that ensure the resort's physical environment remains in pristine condition for guests and staff. As a PRN (as-needed) employee, you will provide critical support during periods of facility refresh or specific maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional painting and patching tasks across the facility to maintain a luxury resort appearance.
• Support the Vice President of Facility Services in executing scheduled maintenance and aesthetic upgrades.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming before applying finishes or repair materials.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and safe while minimizing disruption to guest services and clinical care.
• Identify and report any structural or surface issues that require additional maintenance attention.
