Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience at the deli counter by providing exceptional service and maintaining a high-quality food environment. You will support the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals while ensuring that all quality assurance standards are strictly followed. You will work as part of a dedicated team that prioritizes safety, cleanliness, and food quality. Your contributions will help drive customer loyalty by ensuring the department remains stocked, organized, and welcoming for every shopper who visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their deli orders and inquiries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace to ensure a positive shopping environment.
• Assist the department manager in reaching established sales and profit targets.
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards for all food products in the department.
• Prepare and display deli items according to company guidelines and safety protocols.
