District Service Manager- Dallas TX

Overview

In this role, you will take ownership of valet trash service operations across a portfolio of assigned apartment communities. You will lead a team of valet porters, ensuring that service standards are met while balancing hands-on field work with essential administrative duties such as scheduling, performance reporting, and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily valet service operations and maintain high service quality across all assigned property locations.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with property management customers and on-site employees.
• Recruit, schedule, and train valet porters while providing fill-in support during staffing gaps.
• Perform physical field work including the door-to-door collection of trash and recycling bags within apartment complexes.
• Oversee the assembly, labeling, and delivery of trash receptacles to ensure proper inventory management.
• Maintain accurate operational records and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
