Affordable Leasing Agent

Overview

In this role, you will manage the leasing lifecycle for a 63-unit affordable housing community, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for showcasing property amenities like community gardens and playgrounds, while ensuring that all administrative tasks—from processing applications to generating occupancy reports—are handled with a high degree of accuracy and care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional property tours to showcase unit features and community amenities to prospective residents.
• Facilitate the entire leasing process by processing applications and managing resident move-in documentation.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Generate and maintain weekly and monthly reports regarding leasing activity and property occupancy rates.
• Support community-building initiatives to foster a safe and inclusive environment for all residents.
