Responsibilities
Monitor security systems and visual feeds to detect suspicious activities and potential threats.
Document observed security incidents and compile clear, detailed operational reports.
Respond rapidly to unfolding incidents, security breaches, or site emergencies.
Conduct regular physical patrols to ensure the ongoing safety and security of the premises.
Control access to secure areas while verifying the credentials and identities of all visitors.
Analyze security systems and hardware to identify potential vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions.
Collaborate directly with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical situations.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid New Jersey Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) license.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer operations and technical system navigation.
Strong written communication skills suitable for drafting comprehensive incident reports.
Ability to successfully pass an extensive background check and drug screening process.
Prior hands-on experience using CCURE 9000 security management software.
Previous operational familiarity with Genetec video management systems.
Prior professional background in security, military, or law enforcement environments.
Work Environment
Fully on-site position located at a facility in Dayton, New Jersey.
Part-time schedule consisting of 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (2nd Shift).
Screen-intensive operational setting requiring sustained visual concentration and sharp attention to detail.
