Senior Product Engineer, Fullstack

Overview

In this role, you will join a high-ownership product engineering team at a fast-moving AI infrastructure company. You will be responsible for developing the core surfaces that developers interact with daily, including the Model Garden, Playground, and fine-tuning tools, ensuring these interfaces are fast, intuitive, and highly functional. Your work will directly impact how users experience the platform, moving projects from initial data modeling and API design through to final UI implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ship new capabilities across core product surfaces including the Model Garden and Fine-Tuning interfaces.
• Own features end-to-end by managing data modeling, API integration, and user interface development.
• Collaborate with other engineers to build clean, typed, and reusable interfaces within the web application.
• Instrument and measure the impact of your features using product analytics and system health monitoring tools.
• Partner with design and product teams to translate user needs into functional software improvements.
• Raise the overall quality of the codebase through peer code reviews and collaborative architecture decisions.
• Improve and build agentic workflows while exercising judgment on the appropriate use of AI integration.

Qualifications

• You have between 4 and 7 years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade products.
• You possess strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript with significant experience in React.
• You demonstrate full-stack fluency with the ability to design APIs and manage state effectively.
• You maintain a pragmatic approach to engineering that balances speed with code maintainability.
• You have professional experience working with backend languages such as Go or Python.
• You show a deep curiosity for AI and large language models beyond just writing the surrounding code.

Nice to have

• You have experience working with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui for modern web development.
• You are familiar with product analytics platforms like Amplitude and monitoring tools like Grafana.
• You possess experience managing CI/CD workflows to streamline production deployments.
