They have a deeply motivating mission around health science and personal nutrition, though rapid scaling has introduced some organizational friction. Headquartered in London, they operate within the health and wellness biotechnology sector as a mid-sized company. Their current hiring pace is modest, with open roles concentrated across product and engineering. The overall vibe combines strong scientific enthusiasm with startup-style delivery demands.

About
We unlock the power of science for every body.
ZOE means life in Greek and we’re committed to helping people live to their fullest. We are a health science company founded by Tim, Jonathan and George (George is the Greek!). We are running the largest in-depth nutrition study in the world, and the largest COVID science project with over 4m participants.
We believe that nothing is more important than the food we eat. Our journey started 25 years ago, when Tim started his study of 13,000 twins, looking at genes, gut microbes and lifestyle. He was surprised to discover that even identical twins, who share all their genes, have very different responses to the same foods. So there is no one right way to eat - the key lies in understanding your own biology.
