Responsibilities

- Develop and implement health, safety, and security protocols across all global or regional sites.
- Analyze data from employee surveys and space utilization sensors to optimize office layouts.
- Negotiate and oversee contracts with external vendors for maintenance, cleaning, and amenities.
- Coordinate with the People team to design internal events that foster company culture and connectivity.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or corporate operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and complex vendor relationships.
- Expertise in real estate strategy and office design principles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams across different locations.
- Knowledge of building safety regulations, environmental health standards, and local zoning laws.
- Proficiency in workspace management software and data analytics tools.
Nice to have
- A Master of Business Administration or a degree in Facility Management.
- Certification from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
- Experience managing global office portfolios across multiple time zones and cultures.
