Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related human services field is necessary.
- Professional coaching certification from a recognized body such as the International Coaching Federation is required.
- Five or more years of experience in human resources, counseling, or executive leadership is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in behavioral assessment tools and personality inventories is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a private client roster or internal development programs is required.
