Responsibilities
- Execute quarterly wine club shipments including product selection, inventory allocation, and billing logistics.
- Manage the e-commerce platform and digital storefront to ensure a high-quality user experience and brand alignment.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns designed to increase customer lifetime value and reduce attrition.
- Analyze sales reports and member data to forecast revenue and identify trends in consumer behavior.
- Coordinate with the tasting room and hospitality staff to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee customer service operations to resolve membership issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding direct-to-consumer alcohol sales and shipping.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years experience in direct-to-consumer sales or subscription management within the luxury goods sector.
- Proficiency in specialized wine industry software such as Commerce7, WineDirect, or ShipCompliant.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and financial reports.
- Extensive knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and production processes.
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing channels and customer relationship management systems.
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Enology, or Business Administration.
- Formal wine education such as WSET Level 3 or a CMS Certified Sommelier credential.
