Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related social science field.
- Five or more years of experience conducting UX or ethnographic research in physical environments.
- Proficiency in qualitative research software and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex behavioral data into design specifications.
- Strong understanding of human physiology and the basics of sensory processing.
- Experience managing multi-site research projects with diverse participant demographics.
