Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end certification process for commercial and residential buildings according to international WELL standards.

- Conduct on-site inspections and environmental testing for air, water, and lighting performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical engineers and interior designers to integrate wellness features.
- Submit comprehensive technical documentation and evidence to third-party certifying bodies for project verification.
- Advise corporate clients on policy changes related to nourishment, movement, and mental health within the workplace.
- Analyze post-occupancy data to measure the long-term effectiveness of wellness interventions in a facility.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, Public Health, or a related engineering field.
- Possession of the WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) credential from the International WELL Building Institute.
- Professional experience managing sustainability certifications such as LEED or Fitwel within the construction industry.
- Strong technical proficiency in building systems, including HVAC, lighting controls, and material chemistry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex project documentation and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.

- A Master’s degree in Public Health or Sustainable Design with a focus on environmental psychology.
