Responsibilities

- Transport samples to analytical laboratories while maintaining strict chain-of-custody documentation.
- Perform basic onsite chemical analyses using portable titration kits and spectrophotometers.
- Identify and report potential sources of contamination or environmental non-compliance discovered during field visits.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of permanent hydrological monitoring stations.
Qualifications
- An associate or bachelor degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in environmental field sampling techniques and protocol adherence.
- A valid driver license and the ability to operate vehicles in off-road or remote conditions.
- Knowledge of local and federal environmental regulations such as the Clean Water Act.
- Physical stamina to carry heavy equipment over uneven terrain and work in various weather conditions.
