- Review and approve detailed project budgets and schedules to ensure developments remain financially viable and on track.
- Monitor construction progress to verify that projects meet quality standards and adhere to approved architectural specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to optimize the positioning of assets within the local market.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in real estate development, finance, architecture, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in commercial real estate development or investment management.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, including internal rate of return and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local zoning codes, land-use regulations, and the public entitlement process.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects from inception to stabilization.

- A Master of Business Administration or a Master of Science in Real Estate Development is highly preferred.
