Responsibilities
- Direct the construction and commissioning of large-scale renewable energy projects across various geographic regions.
- Oversee the selection and management of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contractors and major equipment suppliers.
- Manage project budgets often exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars to ensure financial targets and returns are met.
- Implement comprehensive safety and environmental compliance programs across all active construction sites.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure projects reach financial close with executable plans and manageable risk profiles.
- Report progress, risks, and financial performance to the executive leadership team and board of directors.
- Establish standardized project management methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability across the project portfolio.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management or construction leadership within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering utility-scale power projects from inception to commercial operation.
- Extensive experience negotiating and managing high-value Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracts.
- Strong financial proficiency in managing capital expenditure budgets and project accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Deep knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to large-scale construction.

- Advanced degree such as a Master of Business Administration or a Master in Engineering Management.
- Professional Engineer license or Project Management Professional certification.
- Specific experience with emerging technologies such as green hydrogen or long-duration energy storage.
