- Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to optimize the bill of materials and product margins.
- Lead cross-functional teams including industrial designers, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers.
- Direct market research initiatives to identify emerging consumer needs and competitive threats.
- Establish rigorous quality assurance standards and testing protocols for all physical hardware releases.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in product management specifically within hardware or physical goods industries.
- Proven track record of taking multiple complex hardware products from concept to mass production.
- Deep understanding of hardware development lifecycles and manufacturing processes.
- Strong financial acumen regarding unit economics, supply chain costs, and margin management.
- Advanced leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering and design teams.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
