Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience in product management with a focus on financial services or technology.
- Proven track record of scaling digital products in a high-growth or enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations such as KYC, AML, and PSD2.
- Strong technical background with the ability to discuss API integrations and system architecture.
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams of at least ten or more employees.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data-driven decision making.

- An advanced degree such as an MBA or a Master’s in Finance or Computer Science.
