Overview

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product roadmap for all developer-facing tools and application programming interfaces.
• Establish key performance indicators centered on developer adoption, retention, and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure technical architecture supports planned product features.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation and developer support resources.
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships that expand the utility and reach of the developer platform.
• Advocate for the developer community's needs during executive-level resource allocation and planning.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers focused on specific platform components and integrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management specifically within platform or infrastructure domains.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling complex technical products or developer ecosystems.
• Strong technical background with the ability to discuss API design and system architecture in depth.
• Demonstrated success in leading and growing high-performing product management teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical strategy to non-technical executive stakeholders.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and platform analytics tools.
