Overview

Responsibilities

• Define the global learning strategy to align with corporate growth and product roadmaps.
• Oversee the design and implementation of internal leadership development and technical training programs.
• Direct the creation of customer-facing educational content to improve product retention and user success.
• Analyze learning analytics to measure the impact of training initiatives on business performance.
• Manage the department budget and select third-party educational technology vendors.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate learning science principles into the core software experience.
• Lead a team of learning professionals through hiring, mentorship, and performance management.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in instructional design, education, or a related business field is standard.
• At least ten years of experience in corporate learning or educational leadership is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale Learning Management Systems and digital training platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong competency in data analysis and financial reporting for educational programs.

• A doctoral degree in education or organizational psychology provides a competitive advantage.
• Previous experience in a scaling startup environment from Series B through IPO is highly valued.
