Responsibilities

- Establish robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive patient health information and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Direct the integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and telehealth platforms into existing workflows.
- Lead large teams of IT professionals including directors, project managers, and systems architects.
- Report on system performance and digital transformation progress to the executive board and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in IT leadership roles specifically within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale Electronic Health Record system deployments.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, and internal data security standards.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual technology budgets.
