Responsibilities
- Define the overarching customer success strategy to maximize gross and net revenue retention.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers.
- Collaborate with the product team to align the development roadmap with client feedback and market trends.
- Design and implement scalable processes for client onboarding and professional services.
- Analyze customer health scores and usage data to identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for key accounts to ensure high-level alignment on business goals.
- Report on key performance indicators such as churn rate, NPS, and customer lifetime value to the board.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in customer success or account management within the SaaS or fintech industries.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar revenue portfolios and reducing churn.
- Deep understanding of financial services operations, regulatory compliance, and market structures.
- Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams across different regions.
- Exceptional communication skills for negotiating with and presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field of study.
