Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global customer success strategy to minimize churn and maximize expansion revenue.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and Directors.
- Define and track key performance indicators including Net Promoter Score, Gross Retention, and Net Retention.
- Act as an executive sponsor for the organization's most strategic and high-value enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with product teams to align the development roadmap with recurring customer feedback and needs.
- Manage the departmental budget and resource allocation to ensure efficient scaling of the support infrastructure.
- Lead the transition of new enterprise customers from the sales cycle into the implementation and adoption phases.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in customer-facing leadership roles within the SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar books of business and achieving retention targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets regarding customer usage and health.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and contract negotiation strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for C-suite executive environments.
