Responsibilities

- Negotiate deal terms and definitive agreements alongside legal counsel and executive leadership.
- Present investment theses and strategic rationales to the Board of Directors and Investment Committee.
- Oversee the development of post-merger integration plans to ensure the realization of projected synergies.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform the corporate inorganic growth strategy.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, or a corporate development function.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and three-statement analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and closing complex mergers and acquisitions.
- Deep understanding of legal structures, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards relevant to M&A.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills for high-level decision-making.
