Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills, including proficiency with DCF and comparable company analysis.
- Demonstrated experience leading and closing multi-million dollar corporate transactions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting complex legal documents and financial statements.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams during intense project timelines.
