Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of leadership experience in business development within the luxury hospitality or travel sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating high-value contracts and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
- Advanced degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field of study.
- Deep knowledge of global luxury travel trends and the operational requirements of experiential tourism.
- Exceptional financial literacy including experience with P&L management and capital investment modeling.
