Overview

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise-wide AI roadmap and investment priorities to align with commercial objectives.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of generative AI and machine learning platforms across business units.
• Establish governance frameworks to manage the ethical, legal, and security risks associated with AI deployment.
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure high-quality data architecture supports model development.
• Track and report on the performance and return on investment of all AI-driven transformation projects.
• Lead change management initiatives to prepare the workforce for AI-augmented workflows and new digital tools.
• Evaluate emerging industry trends and competitor activities to maintain the organization's technological edge.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting, technology leadership, or strategic digital transformation.
• Demonstrated expertise in scaling machine learning or automation projects within a corporate environment.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the current AI vendor landscape and enterprise software procurement processes.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage multi-million dollar budgets.
• Expert-level communication skills for presenting technical strategies to boards of directors and executive committees.
