Qualifications
- A master's degree or higher in computer science, data science, or a related quantitative field.
- Ten or more years of experience in technology leadership or software engineering management.
- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning frameworks and large-scale data infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex technical projects.
- Deep understanding of data privacy laws and the ethical implications of algorithmic bias.
- Experience scaling technical products from initial research to production environments.
