- Lead professional development sessions for virtual instructors on differentiated instruction and inclusive practices.
- Coordinate the delivery of remote therapy services such as speech and occupational therapy with external vendors.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for state education agencies regarding program enrollment and performance outcomes.
- Review student records during the enrollment process to identify necessary support services and historical data.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is typically required.
- Valid state certification in Special Education or School Administration must be maintained.
- Extensive experience working with state-specific special education compliance software and databases is essential.
- A minimum of five years of experience in classroom teaching or school-based administrative support is required.
- Proficiency in managing confidential student data in accordance with FERPA and HIPAA regulations is mandatory.

- Experience working specifically within a fully virtual or hybrid K-12 school model is highly preferred.
- Advanced certification in English as a Second Language or Gifted and Talented education is an asset.
