Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is mandatory.
- Ten or more years of experience in construction technology or BIM coordination is required.
- Expertise in industry-standard software suites like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is essential.
- Proven experience managing departmental budgets and large teams within a corporate environment.
- Deep knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
