Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years experience in luxury client service or high-level account management.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-net-worth relationship management and luxury market dynamics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
- Advanced proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software and data analytics tools.
