Responsibilities

- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve end-to-end supply chain visibility and automation.
- Manage trade compliance programs to ensure adherence to international regulations and duty frameworks.
- Direct large-scale procurement teams to optimize spend and ensure supplier diversity and sustainability.
- Report operational performance metrics and risk assessments to the board and executive committee.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management or global logistics operations.
- Advanced degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing global teams across multiple international regions.
- Expert knowledge of international trade regulations, incoterms, and customs compliance.
- Experience managing annual budgets exceeding fifty million dollars in a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in enterprise resource planning software and supply chain analytics tools.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent.
- Experience leading a major supply chain restructuring or digital transformation project.
- Fluency in one or more languages common in major manufacturing hubs.
- Prior experience working on-the-ground in international markets outside of the home country.
