- Analyze customer health data to identify risks and opportunities for upsells or expansions.
- Oversee the implementation of customer success software and automation tools to increase operational efficiency.
- Report on key performance indicators including churn rates and recurring revenue growth to the executive board.
- Develop standardized onboarding and training programs to accelerate time-to-value for new clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale customer success teams in a SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in analyzing financial metrics such as CLV, CAC, and NRR.
- Advanced proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software and success platforms.
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
