Qualifications
- Professional experience in program management, human resources, or corporate recruiting.
- Deep knowledge of military structure, culture, and the transition assistance process.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects within a large organizational framework.
- Strong public speaking skills for presenting at career fairs and executive meetings.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Bachelor degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
