Qualifications

- Extensive background in scaling business operations from inception to Series A or beyond.
- Deep understanding of venture capital structures, equity management, and startup governance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects or businesses concurrently.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and strategic resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related technical field.
