Responsibilities

- Negotiate strategic partnerships and manage vendor relationships to secure essential infrastructure.
- Establish financial oversight mechanisms including budgeting, forecasting, and burn rate management.
- Optimize supply chain and logistics processes to ensure product or service delivery efficiency.
- Draft and refine standard operating procedures to maintain consistency as the headcount grows.
- Report operational performance and key growth metrics to venture capital partners or stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in startup leadership or management consulting within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of scaling an organization from seed stage to series B or equivalent growth.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling and early-stage capital structures.
- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and organizational design tools.
- Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership and talent acquisition strategy.
