Responsibilities

- Analyze aerial datasets using specialized software to identify structural defects, corrosion, or thermal anomalies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret data findings and prioritize maintenance or repair schedules.
- Maintain meticulous flight logs and maintenance records in accordance with federal and local aviation regulations.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures for drone deployments in various industrial settings.
- Manage and secure large volumes of sensitive geospatial and visual data collected during inspection missions.
Qualifications
- Active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or equivalent national aviation authority certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience operating industrial-grade UAS platforms in proximity to complex infrastructure.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Pix4D, DroneDeploy, or specialized GIS tools.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and risk management frameworks.
- Knowledge of electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering principles as they relate to infrastructure maintenance.

- Advanced certification in thermography or structural inspection from a recognized industry body.
- Experience with BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) operations and specialized sensor payloads like LiDAR.
