- Supervise a team of escrow officers, title examiners, and administrative support staff.
- Negotiate and maintain contracts with title underwriters to secure policy issuing authority.
- Direct the marketing and financial growth strategies of the independent agency.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in real estate law, escrow procedures, or title examination is essential.
- A valid state-issued title insurance agent license is required to authorize policies.
- Deep knowledge of the American Land Title Association standards and best practices is mandatory.
- Proven experience in financial management or business operations within the title industry.
- Strong understanding of local real estate statutes and closing documentation.
