Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in construction management, civil engineering, or architecture.
- Minimum of seven years experience in high-end commercial construction or theatrical set building.
- Proficiency in construction management software and computer-aided design platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and occupational health standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar capital projects from inception to completion.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
