- Train field staff and local partners on the operation and maintenance of deployed technical tools.
- Develop disaster recovery and data security protocols to protect sensitive humanitarian information.
- Monitor and report on the performance and impact of technical interventions to senior leadership and donors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience in program management within the international development or humanitarian sector.
- Professional certification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex budgets in high-pressure environments.
- Working knowledge of satellite communications, mesh networking, and field-ready hardware.
- Fluency in English and at least one other major international language relevant to aid operations.
