Responsibilities

- Monitor the physical and mental health of team members during long-duration standoffs or training exercises.
- Operate specialized medical equipment designed for rugged use in austere or combat-like conditions.
- Maintain proficiency in tactical movement, cover and concealment, and radio communications.
- Administer advanced trauma life support including airway management, hemorrhage control, and fluid resuscitation.
- Collaborate with hospital trauma centers to ensure seamless transitions of care for critically injured patients.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) is mandatory.
- Completion of a recognized tactical medicine course such as Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC).
- Experience working in high-volume emergency medical services or military medicine is required.
- Successful completion of a rigorous physical fitness battery and background investigation.
- State-specific licensure and authorization to practice as an Advanced Life Support provider.
- Proficiency in basic firearms safety and tactical integration protocols.

- Board Certified Tactical Paramedic (TP-C) credentialing from the International Board of Specialty Care.
