Responsibilities

- Monitor athlete progress using performance technology such as GPS trackers, force plates, and velocity-based training tools.
- Collaborate with medical and physiotherapy teams to manage return-to-play protocols for injured athletes.
- Analyze physiological data to adjust training loads and minimize the risk of overtraining or soft-tissue injuries.
- Educate athletes on recovery strategies, nutritional foundations, and lifestyle factors that influence physical readiness.
Qualifications
- A bachelor degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related physiological field is a standard entry requirement.
- Current certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching complex olympic lifting movements and plyometric progressions.
- Proficiency in using performance tracking software and data management systems for athletic monitoring.
- Valid First Aid and CPR/AED certification for emergency response in a training environment.
