Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in operations or HR leadership within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of scaling an organization from seed stage to Series C or beyond.
- Deep technical proficiency with modern SaaS stacks including Slack, Notion, and specialized HR tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state labor laws applicable to venture-backed startups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes client projects simultaneously.
- Professional certification in Human Resources or an equivalent advanced business degree.
