- Analyze sales data and inventory metrics to optimize stock levels and ensure healthy profit margins across all categories.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and educational materials for sales staff and customers.
- Monitor global market trends and regulatory changes to anticipate shifts in consumer demand and supply availability.
- Conduct regular sensory evaluations and tastings to maintain quality standards and ensure product consistency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field of study.
- Significant professional experience in beverage procurement, retail management, or wholesale distribution.
- Advanced certification from recognized industry bodies such as the WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or Cicerone Program.
